Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) Survey 2023/24


Between November 2023 and January 2024, our tenants took part in an important survey that focuses on the new Tenant Satisfaction Measures (TSM) introduced by the Regulator for Social Housing (RSH).

 

The survey was carried out by an independent market research company called Acuity and all tenants were invited to participate. The survey focused on how happy our tenants are with the way Crosby Housing Association maintains our homes and delivers key services.

 

128 individual tenants responded to the survey (32%), with approximately half of tenants responding by postal survey and the other half completing the online survey.

 

The findings and results will provide a valuable insight into the current levels of satisfaction and the issues tenants are most concerned about. This will also inform Crosby Housing Association’s future strategic and operational planning and help us to improve the service that we provide.
