We own and manage over 430 properties, mostly located in Southport, Waterloo, Seaforth, Litherland and Bootle. Our homes include general needs and supported accommodation. The highest proportion of our homes are one bedroom flats.

Please remember to include the required supporting information with your completed form.

Other types of property

On occasion we have vacancies for larger types of property e.g. flats and houses. If you wish to rent a larger property, you should register with Property Pool Plus, the Liverpool City Regions' choice based lettings scheme.
