Are you looking for a new challenge, one that gives you the opportunity to showcase your skills and make a difference to vulnerable people?

We are a small, not-for-profit, community-based housing association operating in Sefton. The Association owns and manages approximately 450 properties and approximately 70 tenants in supported accommodation. We are pro-active and financially stable and pride ourselves on being a dynamic team who make a difference and strive to provide excellent customer service to our tenants and stakeholders.

Our staff enjoy variety in their roles. They have good levels of responsibility and scope to demonstrate initiative, and to work closely with other partners, senior staff, and the Board.

We are an equal opportunities’ employer that values diversity and strives to achieve dignity at work.

About you…

We’re looking for someone who has experience of working in a busy, fast-paced environment with a keen eye for detail and a track record of delivering high quality performance. Providing a first-class service to tenants, partners and stakeholders you will be dynamic, organised and a self-starter with a positive attitude and effective decision-making skills.

You will understand the needs of a small social business. Be flexible, with the ability to develop new skills and quickly adapt to change. You will be motivated and performance focused, taking the initiative to do what it takes to get the right outcome.

Due to the nature of the role, a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.
