Emergency Repairs
Emergency repairs are categorised where there is a danger to the health or risk to the safety of an occupant of a property or a danger of serious damage to the building. Emergency repairs will be attended to within 24 hours of being reported.
Examples of emergency repairs are:
- Burst pipes
- Total loss of electricity
- Re-securing of property following a break-in
- Total loss of heating/hot water where no back-up systems are in place ( in winter only)
