Crosby Housing Association (CHA) recently launched an exciting competition to encourage tenants to explore and use our tenant portal, 'MyCrosby'. Designed to make managing your tenancy easier, MyCrosby allows you to report and track repairs, check your rent balance, and much more!
To encourage registrations and activity on the portal, we offered tenants the chance to win a luxury festive hamper. The only requirement? Simply register and log in to MyCrosby during the month of November.
We’re thrilled to announce that the lucky winner of this competition was Sylvia Rowlands. Sylvia, who has been a tenant with CHA for several years, was delighted to receive her prize. Speaking about her experience with the portal, Sylvia said:
