Are you looking for a new challenge, one that gives you the opportunity to showcase your skills and make a difference to vulnerable people?

CHART (Community Housing and Re-enablement Team) is a specialist team based within Crosby Housing Association. The team focuses on supporting people in the community across the whole of Sefton, experiencing difficulties with their mental health. This is an important role within CHART, working to assist service users with all aspects of housing related issues.

Demonstrating the values of the Association in all aspects of your work, you will support the team, working closely with partners, to make a valuable contribution in helping vulnerable people to secure and sustain a tenancy.

The role requires a positive and enthusiastic individual with a successful track record. An effective team player with a ‘can do’ attitude, good problem solving and communication skills, who will contribute to the delivery of the organisation’s goals.

If this sounds like you and you are hands on and passionate about your work, we want to meet you.

CHART works in partnership with Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust, Sefton MBC, Southport & Formby, and Merseyside and Cheshire ICB.

Due to the nature of the role, a valid UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required.

A full training programme for this post will be available as part of the induction process, therefore we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all the essential criteria on the job description.
